Booking Polices
Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Cancellations
Late/No Show
Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to reschedule or adjust their service. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or cancellation.
No call/no shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
Payments
Cash or card payments are accepted. Payment is due at the end of your service.
Soak Off Policy
Please come in with bare nails or book a soak off if you currently have product on your nails.
Foreign soak offs (product from another salon) must be selected when booking.
Nail Art/Designs
Nail art must be selected at the time of booking to allow for proper scheduling.
If nail art is not selected, it may not be guaranteed during your appointment.
Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is my priority!
If you experience any issues with your nails, I’m happy to fix them free of charge within 5 days of your original appointment.
• Fixes must be reported within the 5-day window
• Repairs outside of 5 days will be considered a new service and charged accordingly
• This policy does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper care, or external factors
